We’re happy to move forward with your items. Below is a simple overview of our consignment process so you know what to expect.

How Consignment Works

Consignment period
Our standard consignment period is 90 days.

Consignor split
Consignors receive 50% of the final sales price.

Pricing & evaluation
Pricing is finalized after items are received and physically inspected in our showroom, along with current market research.
Many items begin around 50% of original retail, depending on brand, age, condition, and demand.
Current-style, like-new, and high-demand pieces are often priced higher when they are from premium brands or in exceptional condition.
Items are marked down every 30 days.

Consignment agreement
The consignment agreement may be completed in advance or at the time of delivery.

Payouts

Payout timing
Payouts are issued on the 15th of each month for sales from the prior month.

Item Condition

Items must arrive clean and free of odors and must come from non-smoking, pet-free homes.
All items should be in good working order, free of damage, stains, or excessive wear.

Final acceptance occurs upon physical inspection in our showroom.

End of Consignment

At the end of the 90-day term, items may be picked up within a 7-day grace period.
Items not claimed after that time become store property.

If you choose to deliver items yourself, please bring capable helpers to place items on the showroom floor.

Delivery hours are Monday–Friday, 11:00–4:00, by appointment.
